At least 20 dead in blast near Ankara train station in Turkey, say reports

Turkey’s Dogan News agency is reporting that at least 20 people were killed today in bomb explosions in the center of the Turkish capital Ankara.

The attack apparently targeted a peace rally to denounce the increased violence between Kurdish rebels and Turkish security forces.

Television footage from the news agency showed several people lying injured on the streets.

No other details were immediately available.
