Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police Sir Peter Fahy, who leads the Association of Chief Police Officer's "Prevent" strategy on counter-terrorism, spoke after online videos emerged of members of the outlawed ISIS Islamist group trying to recruit people to fight in Iraq and Syria.
