Turkey condemns bomb attacks in Iraq


Turkey condemned the bomb attacks perpetrated in the cities of Mosul, Hilla, Karbala and Fallujah in Iraq leaving 38 people dead and injured others, Anadolu Agency reported.

In a statement released on Friday, Turkish Foreign Ministry said that their sorrow was further increased by these terrorist attacks perpetrated during the holy month of Muharram and offered its condolences to relatives of those who were killed in this attack.

"It is our most sincere wish that the fraternal bloodshed in our neighbor Iraq will finally come to an end and that stability, peace and reconciliation will prevail in the country. In this framework, Turkey will continue to support by every means possible the efforts aimed at establishing long-awaited security, peace and stability in neighboring and friendly Iraq and to be in solidarity with our Iraqi brothers in their combat against terrorism" the statement said.
