Rocket attacks on Peshawar airport in Pakistan: Report

Peshawar: There are reports of rocket attacks at the Peshawar airport in Pakistan. Five people have reportedly died while 25 others have been injured in the incident.

According to a local TV channel, five rockets hit the Bacha Khan International Airport. They were fired from an unknown location.

Meanwhile, heavy exchange of gunfire has been reported from inside the airport which has been dealed.

The injured have been shifted to hospitals. The Pakistan Army has also begun search operations around the area.
