Blast in city, no loss to life reported: DCO

PESHAWAR Dec.19 (APP): A low intensity remote control roadside bomb blast in a suburban locality of the interior city Saturday partially damaged the police van of the Gulbahar police station Saturday morning, says DCO Peshawar. The explosive device planted along the roadside in Afridi Abad near Ring Road went off with big bang when a Police van with DSP on board was passing through the area. The vehicle partially damaged in the explosion while the DSP remained unhurt.The police has cordoned off the area after the blast.
