The 77 Percent — The plight of child soldiers in Africa.


The UN estimates there are thousands of child soldiers in Africa. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, about 30, 000 of them are forced to serve armed groups as soldiers, sexual slaves, and laborers. Although Liberia's civil war has long ended, many scars remain. This edition of the program explores the world of child soldiers.
