As many as 15 F-16 military jets carried out a seven-hour operation late Wednesday, the private Dogan News Agency reported on Thursday.
According to the report, the jets launched one of the largest military operations recently against the banned group in Iraq and managed to destroy several bases and antiaircraft weapons of the PKK.
