OVER 3, 000 KILLED IN ETHNIC CLASHES IN SOUTH SUDAN

(AGI) Juba- In the past week over 3,000 people, mostly women and children, were killed in violent ethnic clashes in South Sudan. The clashes took place in the Jonglei state.
Commissioner for Pibor county in Joshua Konyi launched the alarm, "There have been mass killings, a massacre. We have been out counting the bodies, and we calculate so far that 2,182 women and children were killed and 959 men died".
