In tonight's edition: As commemorations are held in Paris to remember the approximately 800,000 lives lost in the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsis in 1994, France announces it will open up its presidential archives on Rwanda. Rwandan President Paul Kagame welcomes France's shift in position. Also, after talks collapse in Kinshasa over the Grand Renaissance Dam, Egypt warns Addis Ababa that a dispute over the management of the dam could lead to conflict.
