One dead after separatist clashes in south-east Nigeria

At least one person has been killed in clashes between a separatist group and the security forces in south-eastern Nigeria. 

A number of others were injured when armed police broke up a meeting of the Indigenous People of Biafra group in the city of Enugu. 

The security forces accused the group of carrying out military training and arrested some of its members. 

Heavily armed troops have been deployed to the area.
