Left wing Extremism: Chhattisgarh CRPF continue operations against Maoists, make rural public aware about COVID-19
In Chhattisgarh, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) iscontinuing their operations against the Maoists besides making the rural publicaware about the Pandemic COVID-19.
AIR correspondent reports, in one of the most Maoist-affecteddistricts of Bastar division in Chhattisgarh- the Bijapur, Central ReservePolice Force-CRPF personnel are organizing camps to make aware the tribalpeople about the measures for the prevention of Corona Virus. CRPF officerDevendra Pal said that the 199th battalion of CRPF organized a Civic ActionProgram at Keshkutul village in Bijapur district and distributed soap, mask andsanitizer to the villagers.
The CRPF is playing an important role to control the Maoistproblem in Chhattisgarh and the force is now winning the hearts of thevillagers by opening a front against the Pandemic COVID-19.
