Syria, Russia air attacks hit Idlib's hospitals

Attacks against rebels continue despite 'de-escalation' status of area
In northwestern Syria, hundreds of people in Idlib have been killed by air attacks since April, despite the province supposedly being in a de-escalation zone.
Dozens of hospitals are among the areas being hit.
That is leading some medical staff to feel that the Syrian government and Russian forces are intentionally taking aim at them.
