'We can't lower our guard': Italy reviews security after London attack

Security measures are being ramped up in Italy, particularly the capital which on Saturday will host heads of state from across the world, following Wednesday's attack in London.
"We don't have the possibility of lowering our guard," said Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano, speaking to news agency Ansa after a US anti-Isis summit.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Marco Minniti was chairing an extraordinary meeting of the country's anti-terror analysis committee (CASA) on Thursday morning.
The meeting of police chiefs and the intelligence service will evaluate the terrorism threat and security measures in the country, the ministry said in a statement.
Alfano and Minniti joined other Italian politicians, including Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni and President Sergio Mattarella, in expressing solidarity with Britain and sending condolences to the families of the victims and injured.
