Here’s how drones could end landmine deaths in under ten years

Up to 5 thousand people die every year from the 110 million landmines worldwide. Many of these deaths are children. One smart Kickstarter is using technology to save these lives. Mine Kafon Drone is a concept by Massoud and Mahhum Hassani. Using a series of cameras, metal detector and robotic arm attachments, it could remotely detonate landmines.
