Security service fears violent retaliation by the far right

The head of the French security service had recently warned about the threat of retaliation by the far right if there was another terrorist outrage.
In previously confidential remarks released this week, Patrick Calvar told parliamentarians in a closed-session inquiry into the Paris atrocities last November that Isis was about to raise the level of its actions on French territory.
