Thousands Stage Anti-US Rallies across Yemen
TEHRAN (FNA)- Thousands of the Yemeni people rallied in
different cities of the country to show their anger at Washington's
interference in their country's internal affairs, and called for the
expulsion of the US ambassador from Sana'a.

The residents of Saa'da city in rallies organized by the Houthi Movement underlined their opposition to the Yemeni regime's agreement with the deployment of the US military forces in Yemen and the massacre of the Yemeni citizens by the US drones.
Also, the protestors in Maa'la city in Aden province trampled on the US flag after the Friday prayers ceremonies to protest at Washington's interfering policies against their country.
In Sana'a, a large number of Yemeni citizens gathered in Sittin square and other main squares in their city to blast the Yemeni regime for its disloyalty to its vows and undertakings.
People in Yemen hold almost weekly anti-US rallies across the country after the Friday Prayers to express their anger over Washington's interference in Yemeni affairs and its deadly drone attacks in their country.
The protestors want their government to sever ties with Washington and the expulsion of the US ambassador. They have also called for the expulsion of US Marines from their country.
Washington uses its assassination drones in Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Somalia, claiming that they target the terrorists. The attacks, however, mostly lead to massive civilian casualties.
The United Nations has censured the US drone attacks as targeted killings, stressing that they flout international law.
