Are the protests in the valley targeted at the yatra ?
Now Mass hysteria and idle youth being utilised as stone throwers and harbingers of destruction has been all the while,... But Jammu and kashmir seems to have taken upon itself to lead and show some new trends.
The Amarnath yatra is one of the most holiest piligrimages and it obviously tops all others. A ruckus and stone pelting youth that destroys anything that it sets its eyes upon and financed by the so called several lobbies in the valley. Some calling themselves the Hardline and some the moderate but no matter what they call themselves all destructive.

Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Petrol and Tankers Association has refused to carry fuel to the Valley due to security concerns. The move by the association comes after 35 tankers were reportedly damaged by agitators during the recent protests.(IBNLIVE)The refusal to carry fuel is likely to hit not only the Valley but also the Ladakh region. Everyday, 200 fuel tankers leave for Kashmir and Ladakh from Jammu. The daily requirement of fuel in Kashmir and Ladakh is estimated to be 24 lakh litres.
