Ukraine needs to develop terrorism risk insurance, says expert

The growing likelihood of terrorist attacks in Ukraine means there is a need to develop terrorism risk insurance and seek to reinsure such risks, Director of Dominanta insurance company Oleksiy Rumiantsev has said.
