Dating back to 1865, the Ku Klux Klan was born of the ashes of the Civil War. It's third incarnation gained traction during the civil rights movement of the 1950's and 1960's. The KKK's burning crosses are what many people think of when the term "hate group" is mentioned.


American Third Position2

American Freedom Party, formerly known as American Third Position, or A3P, is a white supremicist political party based in California. They have filed paperwork to be included on ballots. Many hate group experts believe they are originated as a direct result of the election of President Obama.


The Aryan Brotherhood3

The Aryan Brotherhood is more than just a white-supremicist hate group. According to the FBI, they account for 20% of all violent attacks and murders in the American prison system. They are also an organized crime syndicate, operating drug trafficking, extortion and even murder-for-hire.

Dating back to the 1990's, StormFront is a website based on neo-Nazi, white supremicist ideals. It was an offshoot of David Duke's run for one of Louisana's Senate seat. It's been featured in numerous documentaries about hate groups.


National Socialist Underground5

The Nationalist Socialist Underground is a far-right terrorist group in Germany. They have been connected to numerous murders, bombings and bank robberies. They are classified as a hate group by the German government for their extreme views against immigrants.


World Church of the Creator6

World Church of the Creator, aka The Creativity Movement was founded in 1973. It's been classified as a Neo-Nazi organization.


National Socialist Movement7

The National Socialist Movement is a hate group with global reach. They are classified as National Socialist, Neo-Fascist and Neo-Nazi.


American Front

Began in the 1980's, The American Front was created in response to the leftist influence on the punk movement. It's founder, Bob Heick, based the American Front on the British National Front. It was an umbrella organization for many skinhead groups.
